you experience any technical problems with any of our products, please
check the following before contacting us so that we can give you the
best and quickest service possible. If you need to return a product, please follow the procedure described below. 1. First follow the above instructions in the section "Having trouble with a product?". 2. Contact our helpdesk. 3. If the product has to send back to us, please fill
out the CARA/CARL form. The CARA 4. Send the CARA/CARL form to us and we will return
a RMT-number (Return Material 5. Send us the product together with a copy of
the CARA/CARL-form with the RMT-number Note: For products not covered by any warranty you will have to pay for the transportation cost back and forth plus a check charge of 40 EUR per product being returned which is a fixed charge for the time we spend to check the product. This cost will be charged even if the product can not be repaired. |
