Tollo Linear AB is situated in Kristianstad, which lies in the southernmost part of Sweden. See the map for details about the location. 

Tollo Linear develop, manufacture and sell linear actuators, linear drive units and handling components under the brand name Thomson Tollo. Our trademarks are Electrak^®, Movopart^®, Scanac^®, MovoZ, Tollobelt, LoadMaster, Movorail, Movolift and Movoact.

Our products are used on many markets where our main markets are Mobile-Off-Highway, Automation Components, Health and Fitness and Customized Products. The customers are found both among direct customers, OEM customers and system houses all around the world.

 Company history 

Tollo Linear was founded 1982 and was originally named Tollo Systems AB.

The company was at that time in the light weight overhead crane business and invented a modular light weight crane system called Movorail. Movorail was a success and the company grew. 

Some years later Tollo moved in to the automation area by the introduction of the Movopart, one of the first linear drive units on the market, which meant more growth and a new direction for the company as we moved in to the world of automation.

In 1989 Tollo was acquired by Warner Electric and as a result we also started to manufacture linear actuators. In 2000 Danaher Corporation bought us and we became a part of the Danaher Motion division of Danaher which is one largest players in the world when it comes to motion control and industrial automation.
